[00:00:05] Speaker A: Hi there and welcome back to the well, an Elam Fellowship Leadership Podcast. My name is Thomas and I'm so excited that you are joining us today as we dive into an interview with some of our Elam Fellowship leadership team. We've talked a lot about some of the new things that have been going on in the well, like having live events and live studio recordings and interviews with leaders in our Elam family. So today we wanted to start from the top. Doug Coburn is sitting down with President Phil McNeil, as well as our Global director, Jonathan Bowden, as they look back at the OASIS Conference from this year at our Dreamworld Outreach trips that went out in June and are looking ahead to some of our events that are coming up, like the Prophetic Worship Conference, regional events, and so much more that we are excited about. So let's dive in and catch the vision that these men of God are bringing to our family here at Elam Fellowship. Enjoy. [00:01:00] Speaker B: Hey, everyone. Welcome to the well, an Elam Fellowship Fellowship Podcast. I'm so glad to be hanging out with you today. My name is Doug Coburn. I'm the director of operations here at Elon Fellowship. I'm joined by Jonathan Bowden, our Global director, and Phil McNeil, our president. We're going to spend some time on our episode today, looking ahead to see what's coming up at ELAM Fellowship. But before we look ahead, I want to take an opportunity and just briefly look behind us and see where we've been and kind of report on some things that feel like they're worth talking about. And I want to start with Oasis. Oasis just got done in May. We feel like it was a great. I had a great time at that conference, personally. I was wondering for you guys, what are you taking away for that conference? What was a highlight for you personally? Because I really want to hear about that. [00:01:54] Speaker C: I thought it was great. Of course, I'm a little biased, but one of the highlights for me was our, you know, our registrations were up almost 80% compared to the year before, which means more of the family comes together, right? And watching people fellowship and hang out and. And relate to each other and laugh with each other, and was amazing. Adam McCain, hilarious. [00:02:27] Speaker B: He. [00:02:28] Speaker C: He has. He has an anointing of hilarity, but at the same time just, you know, gets you laughing, then puts the pill in so you swallow it, you know, And I thought he was really good. One of his sessions on keeping your heart tender. We all in ministry go through those things, you know, where we have to, as it were, dealing With. With the little logs that can get into the river of our heart. And. And, you know, she. As you're doing it long enough, you have to keep. I have a saying. People don't like it. It's best just to stay dumb in Jesus. In other words, you don't let cynicism or things get in your. In your river. You got to keep your heart pure, your life pure. One of my favorite verses is Hebrews, where it talks about, God is not unjust. He will not forget your love and the labor, your labor and the love you have shown his people. And, you know, we go through life in ministry, and we have to keep that heart open and tender. In fact, the first night the altar call was about that, I had someone run up to me and say, I'm struggling with church hurt so bad. I, you know, I just need God to set me free from church hurt. And, uh, you know, being able to pray with this person and see just a release come to their life, you know, so for Oasis, for me is always about, this is our Elam family. Bring your team. I don't know why you wouldn't. I mean, you can come hang out. We had a couple churches, they rented Airbnbs, had their whole team at it and came in for the whole time. And it was good team building. Plus, you're part of the own family. I mean, this is. This is where you come. This is your place of connection and growth and relationship. And so it's not just the community, but it's also the impartation of the spirit. For me, Oasis was well done. I thought it was well organized. People were able to get to what they wanted to get to. And even at the end, the last night, bunch of young people there jumping up and down SCU worship. And I pretended to be young, but just to me, the community, the anointing, the fellowship, our family coming together, the enrollment being up, and I believe next year, it's May 25th, 26th, 27th, but on your calendar, you don't want. This should be just a part of your life. I mean, if you want to feel connected, you got to connect. And it's easy to lose community. And sometimes you have to work at it. But the joy and the fruit that comes from it, we know it. Pastoring, leading our ministries, whatever community, you have to work at it. You have to, you know, make the time to do things. And so for me, the highlight was, of course, our family coming together. Adam McCain, the other speakers. I had one very significant leader come to me and say, there Was at our last session in the morning, we had a couple of us just laying some of our elders laying hands on. On people for impartation. And he said, and I thought to myself, you know, he's got a very significant, really worldwide ministry. And he said what was significant to him was that time of us just laying hands on him and believing for an impartation in the spirit. So it was just a really good time. And I must have received at least 70 texts, emails thanking for the conference. I thought it was great. What do you think? [00:06:20] Speaker D: Yeah, I think the opening service, when Pastor Phil spoke at Oasis, he brought back the vision that ELAM has been. God has really helped equip and enable ELAM over the years to apostolically and prophetically make an impact in the nations. So I was touched with how many nations we had represented at Oasis. We had ELAM Fellowship missionaries from all around the world. I think one of the largest gatherings of ELAM missionaries that we've had in years here at elam. It was so encouraging to spend time with them, hear what they're doing on the field, how God's using them. But we also had the international leaders from Asia, Africa, Cuba, they were all there and they were just participating, they were making relationships. They were saying thank you to the Elam family for all the investment of previous generations of ELAM leaders. So I think it's just a really good time at Oasis to remember. It helps us root into our DNA of who we are. And it also gives the opportunity, like Pastor Phil said, about how it tenderizes our hearts. Like Adam McCain talked about tenderizing our hearts in ministry. And for any of us involved in ministry, long term, you can sometimes get lint, as we call it. It's like when you have like a shirt and that gets some lint on it, you need a lint roller to go up and down and just wipe it off. And Oasis to me is a time when God's presence, with the worship, with the prayer times, with the intercession, with even just relating with other people, talking to them. It's like the Lord is just kind of taking the lint off of the aspects of ministry that can really take you down. Whether it's offenses or lack of forgiveness or being able to just hold on to things. Those kinds of times are Oasis. When we come to the altar, just lay it all down and God can just tenderize our hearts, give us a fresh passion for him, for the body of Christ, and also to realize that we're not doing it alone, we're doing it with each other. [00:08:05] Speaker B: That's great. Oasis is not a show that we put on, for sure. It's not just a hangout for relationships. What I loved about Oasis is what happened up front after the sessions. Real work was being done in people's lives, and to be able to be a part of that was exciting. If you're listening to the podcast and you're with us this year, come back. We want to hang out again. If you weren't able to join us this year, think about coming. As Pastor Phil said, think about bringing your whole team. It's an experience to be done together, for sure. I want to just take a little bit more time. Kind of looking back briefly, I was hoping we could just talk a little bit about what are you guys seeing that's happening out on the road and out in the field? You guys travel a lot, you're in a lot of churches, you're meeting a lot of people, and just one story or just one quick thing that's like hanging with you because it's really got you going. What would that be? [00:08:58] Speaker D: I'm just seeing a fresh momentum. I've had the privilege of going with some of the ELAM Fellowship elders. We went to Kenya in January and then to Mexico in April. Pastor Phil and I had the trip and just going on the field and meeting some of the Elon Fellowship missionaries, seeing what God is doing in the nations, there's a momentum that's building. Actually, a lot of the ELAM works are getting to the point where in East Africa and China, even in Mexico, they're beginning to become sending nations in their own right. They're sending missionaries from their countries to other countries that need missionaries. So it's really amazing to see the momentum that's happening in the nations on this side. In the States, there's also a new momentum. There's a hunger. I feel like there's more of the young generation hungry for a real touch from the Lord. There's a hunger bringing more people into churches. There's youth who are coming in. It's a great time, I believe, to what the Lord is doing to set the stage for the last great global harvest at the end times. And my prayer is that at Elam, we would all come together and unify together with Elam churches in the States, the ELAM missionaries and the works overseas. We come together to be prepared for that last ingathering of the harvest, which [00:10:08] Speaker C: was the vision of our founding father and fathers, that ELAM was created for a worldwide revival fellowship. And, you know, Jonathan Mentioned the time in Africa. We sat with their top. Yeah, we were in Kenya. Bishop Okinda sat in his office with their top five leaders of a movement that has 2 or 3 million believers, 6,500 churches, 60 bishops of which, on your behalf, we got to minister to their top 300 leaders multiple times, not to mention pastors. And we had one service where we did teach on the prophetic. And there were some of the Bible school students there and even some of the pastors. And there was a flow of the prophetic and some of these people were baptized in the Holy Spirit. And it was powerful. I mean, it was like a two, three hour time of ministry. There was no air conditioning and. But the flow, nobody cared. Nobody cared. I mean, the move of the Spirit was so strong and. And heavy. And part of the heart of Bishop Okinda was he wrote me a letter. We had one of our elders, Gary Ham, go over there and then he wrote me a letter inviting the elders to come. And he said he wanted to the fathers to come and lay hands on them and in part and share the original vision. And I'm thinking to myself, when this was started, I was three seconds old, you know what I'm saying? To be a father was quite the. Quite the compliment, you know, and. But that's how they. [00:11:46] Speaker B: They. [00:11:46] Speaker C: They receive us and see us, you know, they know even though our names, this is so eliminate names, not all over the work. They know. There was basically a couple of Elim missionaries that went over there that started the whole work that is now so massive and so apostolic and so prophetic. But I think one of the things in our going was they said to us, you know, you in your ministry time, you brought us back to our original roots. I mean, that's, that's powerful, that impact. So that's one thing that's going on out there. And it was fun to travel with all. I think there was seven of us, six elders, and nobody got sick. Can we say amen? And you know, because the word is elder. Can we say amen? But the ministry that took place, I mean, I'm telling you folks, I'm not blowing smoke. It was powerful and very humbling. And of course Bishop Okinda came and several bishops from different nations. Right. Oasis as. So that's going on out there. I was just in Mexico with John Speaker 379 at their conference. It's a pastor and leadership conference and it was powerful. But they again want, you know, he invites an ELAM leader to speak at his conference every year. I mean, the work there, it's powerful what God's doing. I saw Andres Speakers Church there. Mosvita, the name is, right? Mos Vita. It's a beautiful work. And so that's going on, going out, traveling. We were also at Roca Blanca. Look, you're looking for a missions trip team to send somewhere. Rocablanca has a beautiful setup and authentic ministry that is going on there. This weekend. I'm going to be with a church not far from here, also within our area. They're like three or four or five churches building new sanctuaries, the little profitos. Jonathan Evans, Just this off the top of my head. Oh, the camps. I'm going to be there this weekend actually. They're building a new. Who was that? [00:13:54] Speaker B: Taylor. [00:13:54] Speaker C: Phil Taylor's. Oh, man. He's in Titusville Penns building a beautiful. These are all the old guys and the old churches. And so what's going on there? A lot of our churches are building, especially in this area. And so miracles happen at altar. Strong prophetic flow when we go out to minister, you know, just even. I just heard yesterday of a young girl prophesied over her that she had favor. Favor was the word. And turns out both her names mean favor. And they, they, they. When they heard that, they went, well, that that might be the Lord, you know, but then the rest of the word about that, favors for a purpose. And so those kinds of things are going on all the time out there and churches are hungry. And as Jonathan said, there's a real coming together. I feel like Covid, you know, really took. You know, I know we're five, six years out, but I think did it. That thing didn't work, you know, and. But I feel like our churches are coming together, unifying, plugging more into the fellowship, having a heart for the fellowship. Because when you're out there in Covid, you're kind of doing what you need to do and. But right now I'm sensing a real coming together camaraderie and doing an ordination on Saturday morning of a guy called Nick Boyko who is involved in a church in the middle of Utica years ago. George Dodd was involved in that and Nick took it and is really working with it. And he's third generation, I think Russian immigrant, came out of Slavic, came out of Bernard Evans church. And him and his wife, he's getting ordained, she's getting licensed. I mean, this stuff just keeps happening. That's just five seconds. So the fellowship is moving and growing. We had 23 applications for credentials just this last five or six weeks. So that's a, that's a turnaround. There's a unity, there's an excitement, there's a coming together, there's a moving forward together for the purpose of End Time World Revival. When you join Elon Fellowship, you're part of a movement that is believing God for revival all over the world and is connected in so many nations. You know, it's not just, what can Elon do for me? Oh, you know what, what do I get for this? You're a part of a movement that's touching the world. The world. And so you know what's happening. The world is being touched. We're lining up a trip right now to go down to Brazil with Paz and affiliated ministry. And they planted 1400 churches up the Amazon. I was there years ago. First time I slept up the Amazon in a hammock. And they have mosquitoes. Not a lot, but they have a few. But they have some good spiders. That's what you're involved in. Elliot Tepper, what he's done, I'll stop. Because, you know, when you, when you're involved in Elam, it's, you're moving into a realm that you are now involved in. A worldwide movement where millions of people are being touched daily for the kingdom and the purposes of God. You cannot be small minded in your understanding of what we do. It's massive. And I have a harvest in that. So do you. When I stand before the Lord, I'll take that crown, throw it right at the feet of Jesus because it's all by grace. So what's going on? [00:17:21] Speaker B: Yeah, we're touching the world. [00:17:22] Speaker C: We're touching the world. [00:17:24] Speaker B: Amen. Speaking of reaching the world, we just launched Dreamworld Outreach this past month and this was, this is teams, people going out to different nations and we're going to do a whole podcast episode to hear some of the stories that came out of those trips. Jonathan. But what I'd love for you to, just to hear from you in case people are like, what Dreamworld Outreach, what is that? What is the vision of Dreamworld Outreach? And what are you taking away from the launch of this initiative that we're doing? [00:17:57] Speaker D: Yeah, it's exciting what God is doing through Dreamworld Outreach. And just like Doug said, the vision behind it is to see people launch to the nations and to get a heart for the nations. And we know with Elam's DNA, it's always been about the nations and ask of me and I will give the nations as your inheritance. And, and just offering that to the Lord saying, lord, here we are, here am I. Send me. And the Lord's saying, who is willing to go? Who will I send? And our response is, here am I, send me. So Dreamworld Outreach has been born out of just a desire to see another generation age 16 and above. It can be an adult. It doesn't have to be. It's not like Teen World Outreach years ago, which was only for youth. This is for 16 and above, anyone who wants to get connected to the nations. And I like it for two reasons. Number one is that is getting to the nations, a connection to the nations on a short term mission trip that we're praying is a long term relationship. And number two, a connection to the Elam family because everyone comes in for a couple of days of mission ready training on the EBC campus, Elam Bible College campus, and for two and a half days, there's worship, there's prayer, there's spiritual warfare training, there's all kinds of preparation, team building. There's just all this preparation that goes in that two and a half days. And then we have a final commissioning service. We invite all the families and friends and the Elon Fellowship elders, everyone who can come just to come and join us as we lay hands and we launch out these teams to the nations. [00:19:25] Speaker C: Powerful. I went to Jonathan a little over a year ago and I said, I got this vision for Team World Outreach, but we want it to be for every age and call it Dream World Outreach. And he and Matt Slisher and the team down there have really made it happen. And I just, I just want to say that Jonathan and Matt, you know, because they have a heart for the nations. So we were at the dedication service and there was 19 that went this first year, it's going to double next year. But there was a man there who had been with Teen World Outreach and he was no teenager anymore, but he went and can you imagine him coming back and telling all his buddies and friends from Team World Outreach about that, that it's not good? Because three of the team members credit to Jonathan and Matt Slusher and the team there got up and their testimonies were how well organized this was. Now you've been on a missions trip, you know, well organized and missions trip is not usually go hand in hand. But when I heard that, I was so blessed. You know, you got to be flexible. You go on a missions trip or any trip, that's just the way it is. But here was this man and then Dave Harrington came down to help train. He's an old missionary TWR guy. And at the end of it, after the service, he's like standing up front in tears and he's going, I can't believe this is going again. I'm so excited this is going again. And you know, his heart, his heart for the nations and to raise up. He goes, the next generation, the next. And we're going, yeah, that's it. You know, we're doing this because we have selfish motivations. We want to see this become a pipeline for full time missionaries. And you know, wherever they go, whoever they go with, we don't care. God's kingdom is big, but to raise them up and give them a heart and a taste. Jonathan's daughter went to Kazakhstan, right? And my daughter went to Mexico. And to see the next generation of our children, but not only ours, yours, you know, we're investing in the nations. And this is what I know about God. Cast your bread upon the waters and after many days it will return to you. God is a giving God. [00:21:39] Speaker D: And along with that, I just wanted to talk about, like what Pastor Phil was mentioning, the real vision behind this, you know, the name Dream World Outreach. You can almost feel like it's like a cruise or like a vacation and it's not. This is talking about God's dream. Dream for the nations. He has a heart for every nation, every people, every tribe, every tongue to be around the throne someday. And Elam's DNA has always been to pick up the cross and follow him. So the Lord is working in the nations. That's already a done deal. He's there, he's in the nations. He's at work. The question is, are we going to participate with what he's already doing in the nations and let the Lord use the nations to impart into us to bring it back? So you're going to hear all these testimonies from DWO team members who went out that the nations actually bless them and they came back with something from these trips of the people in Mexico and Kenya and Kazakhstan investing into them as well. But this scripture verse says in Luke 9, 23, 24, if anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it. But whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. So we're praying for a generation that's willing to come to the cross and to lay it all down to serve the King of kings and the Lord of Lords. Dream World Outreach is not to just go out and have a Little vacation, just see the world. You can do that on your own. Please don't come if that's you. If you're interested in being serious about learning about missions, coming to be trained about cross cultural ministry, learning some language, team building, and then getting launched out to serve these different ministries in the nations, this trip is for you. [00:23:13] Speaker C: Amen. [00:23:14] Speaker B: Great and exciting. Thank you for sharing that. I'm really looking forward to the upcoming episode where we jump into some of those stories. It's going to be really, really good. I do want to look a little bit ahead now. We have the prophetic conference coming up, August 13th, 14th and 15th. The 15th is actually going to be the worship conference. We're kind of putting those two together. But last year was the first year that we did the prophetic conference. We're doing it again. Pastor Phil, what are we, why are we doing it again and what are we expecting? [00:23:45] Speaker C: Fresh wind, fresh move, fresh fire, fresh word. There's so much in the prophetic that I, I taught a 17 week course, three weeks, three hours a week on the Prophetic One conference. It's good, but we're bringing in, maybe you need a word personally, you know, we're bringing in some recognized prophetic leaders. A brand new novice, Sylvie Evans is coming. That's a, that's a joke if you don't know that. Jonathan Evans is coming. Jonathan Evans spoke up a teaching last year that was so sobering, so full of life. His father, Robbie Evans. Robbie Evans was there last year. We went up for prayer, my wife and I. And Cheryl was asking for an impartation in the prophetic. And he didn't do anything dramatic. He just said, lord, in Jesus name a fresh release, a fresh move, a fresh impartation of the prophetic. Something like that. It was like you could have pulled your pillow out. No big dramatic thing. The next week at the altar at our church, Cheryl was flown in a way that I'd never heard her flow before in the prophetic. And that has continued like there was two or three people that came up that Sunday and I'm just looking at her like, what am I doing here? You know? You know that sounds arrogant. I didn't mean it that way, but I'm just telling you there was an impartation and a release in her life. Now I believe that must have been in there because it's only he who gives gifts. But there is something to be said about the releasing, the laying on of hands to release a gift that's in someone. So he's going to Be there. I got my buddy Jumping Johnny Heist coming. I've known John for decades. John was on staff at the school, directed the music department years ago when I was a student back in. Well we won't go there. And he was the one who was leading praise song. Him and I really co founded high school together. Although I was the founding director. John was, he's a Princeton music school graduate. This guy really helped me in singing in the spirit. He really encouraged me in the prophetic singing the song of the Lord. Prophetic song. You know prophetic song is a flow that's not just at times one phrase. It can be a flow for a minute or two led by the Holy Spirit that has a prophetic element to it that touches and changes people's lives. [00:26:10] Speaker B: Absolutely. [00:26:11] Speaker C: And Elam has a heritage in that. John is the one who really helped me start to flow in that and release that gift within me. He's going to be there. And one, one of the things that I'm hoping in that is the importance in our worship of praying in the spirit, singing in the spirit, singing the song of the Lord, a new song and prophetic song. These are things that are a part of our DNA and John really flows in it and he plays like multiple instruments and I've known him for decades. You don't want to miss Jumping Johnny Heist. I'm just telling you right now he's got something in God and that's why I'm bringing him up from Virginia. We also have the Kents there. Kents have really connected with this younger generation and so we brought them in to help and be a part know there's some others that are going to be involved, you know and Bob Sorghi's coming, I've heard of him. Hello Bob. Bob Sorghi is coming. I mean what, what won't we get just from Bob Sorghi? And so this thing is stacked and a lot of his are only on people. And so it's a Thursday nights free, Friday is workshops, it's Friday night free. [00:27:25] Speaker B: I can't remember just Thursday night, just Thursday night, Friday all day. And then Saturday will be the Worsh conference. And you know, just as a reminder, this is one of our conferences that we really gear it to something for the whole church to be able to come to. This is not just for the pastor and one other leader. This is something that we want you to be able to bring your whole team to. And I don't think we should forget the fact that there the worship during the during the Prophetic conference is going to be the new Highest Call team. Maybe you could talk a little bit about that. [00:27:55] Speaker C: Yeah, there's a couple things there I want to say. Last year, a pastor brought his team and this is what he said to me. He said, I knew Elam. Now my elders and my team know Elam, so it just bonds them. So back in the Stone Age, I directed a group called Highest Call. It was a traveling music ministry that lasted for five years. I started after I graduated from Elam, and it ministered in over 200 churches a year, plus did some overseas, England, Scotland, Wales for three weeks. And it was a tremendous training ground for these team members and also a blessing to local churches. And so I was at an Elam chapel, the Bible school, and I said, hey, I'm thinking of starting a little music group to come with me and do some ministry this summer. And I just kind of mentioned it off the cuff. I had, before I knew it, six or I gave my email address and I had six or eight people respond. Like, I was like, whoa. And so it has come together. It's going to be eight or nine. And some of these are generational kids, like from our people. And now they're 20, and they've grown up in the home, churches and avilm worship heritage. And so we have. Right now, it's going to be somewhere around six or seven guys and two girls, and we're bringing them in. John Heist is going to be there to train them, and we're bringing in the Kents. We're going to bring in some others a couple days. All we're doing is we're going to churches. We're booked. It starts the 10th. We're booked to the 22nd. We're starting in New York, going all the way down to Virginia Beach. And the heart of it is we're just coming in to do worship sets, and then we're believing for a flow of the prophetic, A flow in the teaching, anointed teaching, preaching. And then these young men and women are going to be ministering at the altar. Now, I used to do this with the class I taught at elam, the prophetic class. And we'd go out to churches and God would show up through these kids, man. And some of them had never even spoke prophetically or moved prophetically before in their lives. And they did it, and they were, like, shocked they could do it. But, you know, the scripture says, let everybody prophesy according to their faith. It takes faith to prophesy. And so if you give them the opportunity, and I would say to them, look, you know, you don't have to be big, demonstrative, and you don't feel anything. You can just pray it. I didn't put any pressure on them to prophesy. Same with these young men and women, pressure to prophesy. But if a word comes to you, you know, you step out in faith and believe God. And if it encourage, exerts and builds up the person, you got nothing to lose. And it's theologically sound, we got to lose, go for it. And, you know, if it's something like sell, sell your golf clubs and leave your spouse, well, that might not be it, you know, but if it's encouraging, edifying, building up, and you grow in the prophetic by stepping out in the prophetic, and if enough people start to acknowledge it, take it by faith, you know, I've. I don't a person, I've never called myself anything. But if you're a prophet, people will start to call you a prophet. If you're an apostle, you don't have to have a T shirt says apostle. They'll start to call an apostle. If enough people recognize a gift in you, the Bible says your gift makes room for you. And so if you start flowing, I've never personally called a church up and said, hey, I have prophetic ministry. Can you have me? Never done it in my life. I'm not against that. People won't do that. That's fine. But what happens is your, your gift makes room for you. You get called. And if you're, if you're prophetic, people will start to recognize it. But it started for me on high school kid in my 20s, and, you know, John Heiss and others encouraged me strongly at the altar, called the flow, Go man, believe God. And there was a, There was a freedom in a classroom and an opportunity, an anointing flowing that you tap into and away you go. So that's what this highest call team is, is I'm. I want to raise up future, you know, leaders. And out of that, I'm hoping to get some interns, but that's another story in another day. But, and here's what I'm thinking, you know, get a worship department here in Elam that could go out and bless our churches on weekends. We got churches that they got two spoons and a washboard for worship, you know, and that's okay. In the presence of the Lord shows up. But think if we could send a piano player or a team or just every once A month. [00:32:29] Speaker B: Exciting. [00:32:30] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. And you know, we're not. We're looking to bless our fellowship and bless our churches. We still. I was talking to a major pastor in New York City, part of us, and he says he knows three churches. They don't have any musicians. They're showing videos of music, which is fine. That's not bad. But think if you had somebody who could flow and you have time for flowing and singing in the spirit, singing the song of the Lord. So the Highest Call team will probably change the name eventually. That's just. And I'm already getting, you know, joked about, you know, oh, you going back to your days of your youth, Phil? Yes, I am. I need that. I'm really struggling. No, it just. That's kind of the name that came out and we'll probably change it. But for this year, that's what we're doing. But it's book solid. I mean, I, I had no trouble booking this team. None. And that's the goal of this, is to raise up and train future ministers for the gospel. [00:33:27] Speaker B: Well, it sounds like it's going to be an exciting August between the highest call endeavor. But I want to let everyone know before we get to August in July. On July 27th and 29th, Elam Fellowship is going to be at Kingdom Bound this year. We're going to have a really great booth at the park and it's going to be a really good time. We encourage, if you go to Kingdom Bound, stop by and visit us. We're going to have a VR experience where people can go in and visit the countries that the Dreamworld Outreach team just went to. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm really looking forward to that. I want to give you the final word, Pastor Phil. And here's what I just want to have you let people know we're going to be going and doing all of our regional conferences. We're going to be going after this idea of activating the five fold ministry. Give us the final word on the regional conferences and then we'll let people go. [00:34:17] Speaker C: I'd love to. For one thing, I want to say real quick, a lot of this stuff that we're doing at Kingdom Bound is because of the team here. I want to thank Doug, I want to thank Kevin, I want to thank all the team here who have worked putting this together. One of our interns, Thomas. All these people make this happen. And so the power of that whole thing is. But I want to thank the team going back to the regionals. You know, the kingdom of God. We can have all sorts of systems, all good. We can have all sorts of leadership principles, all good. I study them. We have all sorts of education. I have a fully accredited master of divinity, all that's good. But the kingdom of God is built on fivefold ministry, apostolic. And then we have prophetic, evangelist, pastor, teacher, that fivefold ministry where the apostle can move in all of them. The apostle can be a prophet, he can be an evangelist, he can be a pastor, teacher, but he's not necessarily strong in him. The prophet points, the evangelist is the outreach and the pastor teacher. How can you be a pastor not being able to teach? Some theologians think it should be really fourfold ministry. The kingdom of God is not built on the strength of man or a natural understanding. It is built on those gifts by the power of the Holy Spirit. He ascended into heaven and didn't give a strategy. I'm not against strategy. He ascended into heaven and gave gifts, charisma, cherish grace, gifts to people to build the kingdom. You build the kingdom on those grace giftings under the power and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. And so part of it is to teach on these gifts, to understand these gifts, to recognize these gifts and to flow in these gifts. We're going to have apostolic leaders talking about government in the local church. We're going to have prophetic people. Thou art the man. Hopefully we'll get some evangelists. So there's. Now we need some evangelists. And of course we'll have pastors, teachers. So all those anointings, gifts to fill into your flow into your gift, that's. That's the heart of it is we are supernatural force. We're not a natural force. We are a supernatural force that God has intended the kingdom to be built on that. And so that's the heart of it. We want to see those gifts flow. Listen, you get around Napstock leader and you got an apostolic call. It will impart into you. Come on. And so that's the heart of these regionals is we get around people who move in their gifting and calling and speak into us. Yes, have leadership principles. Yes, have strategies. Yes, have all that. Those are all good things. But at the end of the day, we need supernatural enabling of the gift and the calling within our life. But come to meet with God. That's what these are about. [00:37:09] Speaker B: Yeah. Let's activate the fivefold ministry. So you're invited to come to one of our 13 regional gatherings that we're going to be having. You can check those on elamfellowship.org events and be able to get all the information that you need. Really grateful to hang out with you guys today.
